Dr. Jill Murray has become the leading expert on the subject of teen dating abuse in the U.S. and Canada. She has appeared on more than 350 television shows—including twice on Oprah, 20/20, Montel, Dr. Phil, Good Morning America, and several CNN shows – speaking as the guest expert in the field, as well as more than 300 radio talk shows. She has been interviewed by more than 250 newspapers and national magazines.
Dr. Murray has spoken before Congress in Washington, D.C. on behalf of a teen dating violence bill as an invited guest expert and has given press conferences on the subject at the National Press Club in the same city.
She is the author of the best-selling books, BUT I LOVE HIM – Protecting Your Teen Daughter From Controlling, Abusive, Dating Relationships – which has been used as a textbook in countless high school and college courses — and DESTRUCTIVE RELATIONSHIPS – A Guide to Changing the Unhealthy Relationships in Your Life. Her newest book, BUT HE NEVER HIT ME – The Devastating Cost of Non-Physical Abuse to Girls and Women has just been on amazon.com’s best-seller list and won the prestigious Publisher’s Choice award.
Dr. Murray is a highly sought-after guest lecturer at international conferences on domestic violence, personal empowerment and motivation, as well as ways to build healthy relationships and speaks to more than 100,000 middle and high school students and parents each year on those subjects.

Hon. Pam Iles recently retired from the Orange County Superior Court after 25 years on the bench. Prior to her Judicial tenure Judge Iles was both a Public Defender and a District Attorney. As a District Attorney she handled thousands of child abuse cases and developed the vertical prosecution unit that serves both sexual assault victims and child abuse victims. Judge Iles also developed a program that serves child sexual assault victims know as CAST, a triage unit,that was one of the first in the nation to address the trauma of children entering the courts.
Judge Iles is a nationally recognized and sought after speaker in the isssues of sexual assault, child and elder abuse. Judge Iles is the recipient of numerous awards and honors, including three citations from the Orange County Board of Supervisors for her work on behalf of children and sexual assault victims and one for the development of the Domestic Violence Court; The Govenor’s award for Service to Victims; the Lieutenant Governor’s award for the Seriously Mentally Ill: the U.S. Department of Justice certificate of achievement for sexual assault awareness. In 1999 she received the Children’s Friend Award from Child Help USA. In addition to these awards she has received Judge of the Year twice from the Orange County Women Lawyer and an award from California Woman’s Lawyers for her work in the area of family violence and victims assistance. The National Organization of Victims Assistance in Washington, D.C. has recognized her work in the area of Domestic Violence and Child Abuse. She Founded the Family Violence Project, a 501 (c) 3, that is dedicated to community education in the area’s of Teen Dating Violence, Family Violence and related issues. She is also created the Heroes and Healthy Families Program that works with the USMC to train Marine Leaders in safe returns to family and personal safety after return from service. In 2010 she will lead trainings for 2000 Marines.
